One Bathroom. The bath includes double sinks, a walk-in shower, linens, toiletries, a separate water closet, and a Dyson hairdryer.
Large spacious entertainment area with generous seating, 15 ft ceilings. The living room includes a 70-inch TV, a dining table for 8, a record player and a Bluetooth speaker.
Fully stocked efficiency kitchen including stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, ice machine, cookware, and barware. Please note there is no oven or freezer. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea are provided.
Additional lounge area with a 70-inch TV.
Accessible via elevator or stairs.
Parking: One assigned parking spot is provided (located directly behind 7 Monks Taproom). In the event the parking space is occupied there is additional metered parking behind the building and parking garage located .3 miles away at125 E Eighth St (Old Town Parking).
